We sourced the grapes from Napa Valley and San Luis Obispo County. While the majority grapes are Cab, we blended in 15% Grenache to give an aromatic touch.

The wine is quite enjoyable on the nose. The smooth structure makes it very easy to drink. The hint of caramel is from prolonged aging on specific barrels.

Growing up in Napa Valley, Bobby have never been far from the vine. He was fascinated with winegrowing from an early age. Originally, he pursued his passion for wines as a Sommelier, and became familiar with the wines of the world. But after working several harvests on the central coast of California, He soon realized that he was much more fulfilled when surrounded by vines and barrels. Though it is not an easy decision to make, Bobby decided to go back to college for winemaking.
