Time： The morning or the afternoon on Oct. 21. Actual date may have 1 day variance. The exact date will be announced one week ahead.
Venue： Suncru Wines, Napa, CA.
Complimentary photo/video service will be offered by a professional photographer.
You can choose either the morning or the afternoon session of the same schedule. Each session will accommodate 8 guests.
Morning session：8:30am~12:00pm
Afternoon session：13:30pm~17:00pm
Schedule:

Part1 (2 hours)：Dive into the winemaking process. Start fermentation using the newly harvested grapes from the prior day. Winemaker Bobby will guide you through the process. You will also take part in different fermentation & aging processes of other wines.

Part2 (1.5 hours)：Taste the actual grapes and the corresponding wines, including two Cabernet Sauvignon, one Pinot Noir, and one Grenache. This cross-varietal tasting will help improve your knowledge of different grape varietals. Four premium wines will be tasted.

No meals will be offered.
For guests attending both packages, you will be responsible for your own lodging and meals besides the lunch in Package #1.
